Bits and Pieces

"Journey of Oaths" is my ongoing LotR fanfiction project I first started writing in 2013 (even earlier if you count all notebook-only attempts at this). Since then it went thtough several major rewrites and is now featured on my both AO3 and Fanfiction. Net profiles.

The story does feature my OC, Lithien, but I am trying my best to keep it humbly close to the original material and give appropriate justice to all things Tolkien. This fic was, still is and probably will continue to be very close to my heart for numerous reasons and I am happy to share it with you. Below you will find a short summary and a list of links to the so far published chapters. Comments and opinions are always greatly appreciated.

Summary: Fate forges tangled paths for us. Often leading us to the least expected destination. One step in the wrong direction, one seemingly insignificant decision can push us down the path there is no return from. The path that will either change us... or break us.

This is tale about a life-changing journey, loyalty, friendship and staying true to your word as the world you once knew is falling apart, tumbling into the terrible war. AU because of an OC, book/movie-verse; my attempt at creating a believable OC, firmly rooted in the Tolkien's lore. The story will contain some mature content from explicitly described violence to referred sexual themes.
